PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the processing load of a computer for managing a photographic processing apparatus to the utmost. SOLUTION: A photographic processing apparatus managing system is disclosed for managing the photographic processing apparatus EP within a system in which the photographic processing apparatus EP and the management computer CC are connected by a network, wherein a control program PR 1 executed by a control unit 13 provided in the photographing processing apparatus EP is configured to provide the output of event occurrence information denoting the occurrence of a preset event to the network at the occurrence of the event, when the event preset as a notice object takes place in the photographic processing apparatus EP, and a reception program PR 4 for receiving the event occurrence information is installed in the management computer CC.
