PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fastening structure that prevents the loosening of screws with a simple configuration, reduces costs by reducing the number of components, and facilitates fastening work. SOLUTION: In the screw fastening structure for fastening a first thin body 1 to be fastened to a second body 2 to be fastened via screws 4, an elastic piece 11 that is bent in a direction departing from the second body 2 to be fastened and has a shape in which the diameter of the inner wall surface 12 is expanded toward the tip is erected in one piece around a screw insertion hole 6 provided at the first body 1 to be fastened, thus bringing a head section 4a of the screws 4 into contact with an inner wall surface 12 of the elastic piece 11 when fastening screws.
