A contact mounting (CM) (3) has plug holes (PH) (9,11) and a retaining hole (RH) (13). A binder/clamping spring (BCS) (7) is held on the CM on a first free end in the RH. On its second free end, the BCS is separated by slotted recesses (17) into finger-like extensions (23,25), each of which is guided through a PH so as to clamp each conductor firmly in each PH. An independent claim is also included for a wiring switch device with a spring-resistance binder.
