<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a season ticket user to easily obtain train service trouble information. <P>SOLUTION: The train user registers mail address of a portable telephone set 40 owned by the user in a center device 10 as an information notification destination when he/she purchases a season ticket so as to enable the center device 10 to notify the season ticket user of a service trouble when there is the service trouble in a train service. For example, when a train stops, the center device 10 specifies the section where the train stops, extracts the user in the section from a passenger information table T1, determines whether or not the user gets out of an automatic ticket checking machine 30 at a station where the user gets off the train from the user's use information, and transmits the information to the effect that there is the trouble in the train service to the portable telephone set 40 when the user gets out of the automatic ticket checking machine 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
