<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transportation inner bag that is not fully loaded from breaking in transporting a liquid using the inner bag put in a tank. <P>SOLUTION: The transportation inner bag 20 and a pressure inner bag 19 are put in a tank body 11 of a tank container 10. An inner bag supply/discharge port is formed on the transportation inner bag 20 to be located in correspondence to a supply/discharge port of the tank body 11. A filler supply/discharge port 18 is formed on the pressure inner bag 19 to be located in correspondence to a hatch 13 of the tank body 11. The transportation inner bag 20 is filled with a liquid to be transported. The pressure inner bag 19 is inflated with compressed air so as to fill a space between the transportation inner bag 20 and the interior of the tank body 11. As a result, any blank space between the transportation inner bag 20 and the interior of the tank body 11 is eliminated, which prevents the transportation inner bag 20 inside the tank body 11 from shifting even if the transportation inner bag 20 is not fully loaded in transporting a small amount of the liquid, thereby prevents the transportation inner bag 20 from breaking caused by its shift. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
