PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for performing detail analysis of a rhythm component or the like rapidly and simply by making a database of a large amount of data obtained by a DNA array method in a time series.

SOLUTION: A function for making the database of numeric data of gene expression obtained by the DNA array method in the time series, and an analysis program of the time-series data of the DNA array method for executing a function for visualizing the numeric data of the gene expression in the time series are provided to the computer. Statistical analysis can be conducted by ordering the numeric data of the gene expression obtained by the DNA array method in the time series, the rhythm component can be calculated by mathematical analysis, furthermore rhythm data is visualized on the basis of a result obtained by the analysis, and can be classified by a plurality of criteria.
