<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a gas supply model by NGH in order to improve the spread of natural gas. <P>SOLUTION: In this gas hydrate supply system, a central control monitor center 1 is connected to the reservoir or manufacturing equipment 2 of NGH, a customer network 3 and a delivery agent network 4 on-line, and the storage or manufacturing conditions of the NGH, the NGH demand circumstances of the customer and the vacant vehicle circumstances of the delivery agent are grasped. Furthermore, a delivery route or the like for efficiently delivering the NGH is calculated in response to a request from the customer, and the reservoir or manufacturing plant 2 of the NGH and the customer and the delivery agent are notified of the arithmetic result by on-line.
