PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a lightweight portable tool superior in assembling performance, while maintaining impact relieving capacity to a speed reduction mechanism part over a long period. SOLUTION: A power tool has: a pinion arranged on the tip of a rotary shaft of a motor; a spindle coaxially and rotatably arranged with the rotary shaft of the motor and having a carrier part projected in a collar shape; a plurality of planetary gears rotatably arranged in the carrier part and meshing with the pinion; a fixed gear circumscribed on the planetary gears, arranged so as to mesh with the planetary gears and arranging a projecting part on one end; and a fixed gear support tool provided with a recessed part engaging with the projecting part and regulating rotation of the fixed gear.
