<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for absorbing vibration between a connection rod head and a lug of a yoke to be attached. <P>SOLUTION: This absorbing device by an elastomer material for a connecting component such as a connecting rod, is constituted in such a way that the connecting component has the head 10 provided with two faces 11, 12, and two faces are parallel for each other and are crossed by inner void forming a housing for a ball joint 14 having its cage 13. This absorbing device has two elements 101, 103 having disc form, and two elements are parallel to each other, have a sufficiently wide central opening each to prevent a part of the ball joint protruding for the head from being covered, and are connected by connection means 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115 around two elements.
