<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular remote starting device for easily starting an engine with remote operation even when a vehicle has an anti-theft means. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular remote starting device comprises an anti-theft circuit 10 for receiving an identification code wirelessly transmitted from an ignition key 1 storing the identification code and giving starting permit to an engine control circuit 22 in accordance with the identification code corresponding to a reference code and a remote starting circuit 28 for starting the engine 24 when receiving a signal for starting the engine 24 from a transmitter 31. Besides, the remote starting circuit 28 has a code transmitting/receiving circuit 32 for receiving and storing the identification code wirelessly transmitted from the ignition key 1.
