<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a customer service by facilitating the exchange of points with a CASH VOUCHER. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises an issued amount receiving means receiving a CASH VOUCHER issuing amount from a host computer 1 based on data of a customer card 7; a CASH VOUCHER discharging means discharging a CASH VOUCHER according to the exchange CASH VOUCHER amount; and a point calculation means subtracting exchange ticket-issued points from acquired points in the host computer 1.
