<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power information system capable of distributing the power generation cost of a plurality of power generation facilities depending on the use conditions of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The power information system for distributing the power generation cost to respective users on the basis of the load pattern of each user, power generation pattern of each power generation facility and operation cost data of each power generation facility in a power system for supplying power to a plurality of users from a plurality of power generation facilities comprises a section 103 for extracting features from the time series data of the power generation pattern of each power generation facility and the load pattern of each user; a section 104 for calculating dependence of each user on each power generation facility by determining the similarity of feature amount between the power generation pattern and the load pattern; and a section 106 for distributing the operation cost of the power generation facilities to respective users depending on the dependence calculated at the dependence calculating section 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
