PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic treatment tank which is prevented from accumulation of impurities or scum on side faces of electrodes and between the electrodes, and facilitates stable long-period operation, and maintenance. SOLUTION: Rotary shafts 23a, 23b are respectively provided at centers of opposing electrodes 22a, 22b.
