PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform tape winding with respect to a matrix mold for molding a plastic lens for glasses. SOLUTION: Two matrix molds 28 are temporarily held on both sides of cylindrical split type mold holders 22 in parallel and both molds of the mold holder placed on the receiving roller body of a machine body intermediate part 1a are attracted and supported in attraction units 3 and 4 equipped with a rotary body part 11, to which an attraction body 9 and a support rod 10 in both-side arrangement are arranged, by moving the attraction unit 3 on a moving side by a pulse driven motor-operated slider 7 and the pressing of the respective attraction bodies and a support rod. The secondary movement quantity of the attraction units for re-sending the attraction units to machine body intermediate part of both molds from which the holder is drawn out by the retreat of the attraction units is set based on the total pulse conversion value of a primary moving pulse value and the pulse value of a desired filling gap at the time of mold attraction to obtain an accurate filling gap and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape A from an upper tape pasting means 15 is pasted to the outer peripheral surfaces of both molds while rotating the molds.
