PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit/receive real time information between mobile communication terminals without fixing the time and telephone number beforehand, and to transmit/receive real time information easily between mobile communication terminals. SOLUTION: When a person 1 wishing to transmit real time information sends its information, the person registers one's own telephone number and a keyword related to real time information in a server 6 for searching keyword so that a recipient 8 can access that real time information at any time. Telephone number of a recipient 8 wishing to receive the real time information is thereby not required to be acquired from other than the transmission/reception path of real time information before the real time information is transmitted. When the transmitting person 1 tries to send information, that real time information is transmitted to a real time broadcast server 5.
