PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably easily manage a reception mail. SOLUTION: An electronic mail receiver 2 in a workplace decides whether or not content display operation and replay operation are performed about each the reception mail on the basis of not only operation history information stored in a hard disk drive 22 of itself but also operation history information acquired from an electronic mail receiver 3 at home, and displays an already reading mark and a replay completion mark in each the reception mail on the basis of a decision result thereof.
