PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable heat radiation board having few members (parts), simply manufactured, capable of being folded, being packed, stored, transported and laid without being damaged by the breaking of a heat-medium tube, the breaking of a tabular body and an abrasion or the like with a groove notched to the tabular body, and capable of being simply laid at the place of the laying. SOLUTION: In the bendable heat radiation board, a quadrilateral having a plane shape is formed by combining a plurality of the narrow long-sized tabular bodies, in which the buried groove 3 for the heat-medium tube is notched, and the heat-medium tube 4 is buried in the buried groove. In the bendable heat radiation board, a heat-dissipating sheet 5 is stuck on the whole on the surface side, and a plurality of contacting sections, in which the end sections of the adjacent tabular bodies are brought into contact with each other, are used as bent sections 8. In the bendable heat radiation board, the opening section of an outlet for the heat-medium tube at the end section of one tabular body and the opening section of an inlet for the heat-medium tube at the end section of the other tabular body are not opposed and are displaced and formed, and the foldable heat radiation board forming the sections in heat-medium tube side sections are provided.
