PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease, in a thermal activation apparatus and a printer apparatus for a heat-sensitive adhesive sheet, the rate of occurrence of jamming of a conveying mechanism that receives a curled front of a sheet. SOLUTION: An apparatus is provided, which is installed with a pair of conveying rollers 53, 54 that sandwich heat-sensitive adhesive sheet 21 between them to send it and a guide member 55 that is installed in the front section of the pair of conveying rollers 53, 54 and that guides the pathway of heat-sensitive adhesive sheet 21 while contacting on one face of the heat-sensitive adhesive sheet 21; and in which guide tip T nearest to conveying rollers 53, 54 of the guide face of guide member 55 is arranged in a position displaced more towards the opposite direction Z to the side where the heat-sensitive adhesive sheet bends and swells than a base line H that is a tangential line of conveying rollers 53, 54 and that passes through a contact point of the pair of conveying rollers 53, 54, and is constructed aslant so that the distance to the base line H becomes shorter as the guide face of guide member 55 approaches closer to the conveying rollers 53, 54.
