PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing body device enclosable in a small storage space which cannot enclose a shielding member with a length equivalent to an opening width, or one door. SOLUTION: This opening/closing body device is constituted to partition an opening by a plurality of shielding means connected in upward and downward folds so as to be foldable in a Miura folding method. Miura folding is a flat surface folding method of dividing a flat surface into mutually congruent parallelogram sections and appropriately repeating mountain fold and valley fold to three-dimensionally fold without causing distorted creases. This folding method is used for the purpose of folding a space structure of plane shape with a large area like a space antenna into an extremely narrow storage volume of the tip of a booster-rocket.
