<p>An apparatus (29) for the metered introduction of finely particulate material into a reactor vessel (10) has the first pipe (31) of a fluidized-bed lock, into which a material-feed apparatus (9) opens from above, whereby a gas line (33) opens in a lower end region of pipe (31) introducing a fluidization gas and from the pipe (31) overflow pipes (34) run for guiding the finely particulate material onwards. A plurality of fluidized-bed locks (35), which can each be switched on and off independently of one another, are provided inside the reactor vessel (10), the overflow pipes (37) from which are guided into the interior of the reactor vessel (10), whereby each of the overflow pipes (34) of the first pipe (31) of a fluidized-bed lock open into a further fluidized-bed lock (35). The first pipe (31) of a fluidized-bed lock is advantageously created by a central pipe (310), from which at least two overflow pipes (34) is running and opening into corresponding next fluidized-bed locks (35). A process is based on the alternating activation of mentioned next fluidized-bed locks (35) arranged next to the central pipe (310). Solution further relates to plant for producing molten metal, in particular pig iron, from charge materials which are formed from ore. The plant has at least two fluidized-bed reactors (1, 2, 3) which are connected in series one behind the other, with guiding of the charge materials and reducing gas in the opposition direction and further a melter gasifier (110), into which opens from fluidized-bed reactor (3), which is arranged as last one, through above-mentioned plant (29) for the metered introduction of the finely particulate reaction product feed line (9) for introduction of reduction product.</p> |
