<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the targets of the respective belonging destinations of subject persons belonging to a plurality of groups, and to set the self-evaluation of each target, and to set a plurality of arbitrary rightful evaluation approval routes for each self-evaluation, and to calculate the total evaluation points of the subject persons. <P>SOLUTION: The personnel evaluation system of subject persons belonging to a plurality of groups during term includes a means which sets the plurality of targets of subject persons, a means which binds those targets into the sheets of respective belonging destinations, a means which sets a plurality of approval sheets for evaluation, a means which associates the approval routes with the sheets and a means which operates the overall evaluation calculation of the subject persons. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
