<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control system having a means for guiding a user so that the user can easily return to a parking position in a multistory parking space even when the user does not remember the parking floor and the vehicle parking position of the multistory parking space. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator control system comprises a ticket issuing machine 501 for issuing a parking ticket 101 having recorded peculiar issuing information discriminating from others, a parking information reader 102 which reads information on the parking ticket 101 and outputs the parking position information near the parking position of each floor, an information server 201 for correlating the issuing information with the position information to store the same, a destination floor determining means 304 for reading the position information from the information server 201 in response to the issuing information of the parking ticket, determining the destination of the elevator, and guiding the user to the destination floor and the parking position when the user returns to the parking position, and an elevator control means 305 for driving the car to the destination floor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
