<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductivity thin film laminated body having a silver system thin film layer excellent in environment resistance, more specifically, in durability against chloride ions or the like while suppressing the reduction of transparency and conductivity; and an optical filter for a plasma display panel which realized "easy adjustment of color", and "improvement of hue" better than the conventional ones. <P>SOLUTION: High refractive index layers mainly consisting of indium, cerium and oxygen, and metal thin film layers consisting of silver or silver based alloy, are repeatedly laminated for five layers to thirteen layers. Also, the film thickness of the metal thin film layer nearest to the main surface of both of them is different. The laminated body has a flat transmission spectrum, has an excellent durability against chloride ions, and has a flat transmission spectrum. Therefore, by using the transparent conductivity thin film laminated body in a plasma display panel, it becomes possible to provide a plasma display with abundant color tones and high durability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
