PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp and rub the shoulders of a person to be treated in imitation of the movement of the fingers of an acupressure therapist using a first treatment finger and a second treatment finger arranged respectively on the upper part and the lower part of a swinging lever. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left swinging levers 100 are arranged on a chassis 21 swingably, and the first and the second treatment fingers 200 and 300 are arranged on each of the pair of swinging levers in an approaching/separating manner. The first and the second treatment fingers 200 and 300 are coupled to a movement converting means 400 for converting the swinging motion of the swinging lever 100 to an approaching/separating movement of the first and the second treatment fingers 200 and 300. The first and the second treatment fingers 200 and 300 approach each other to grasp the shoulders of the person to be treated and separate from each other to release the shoulders. With such a configuration, the grasping and rubbing motion of the acupressure therapist can be imitated by the treatment fingers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
