PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display apparatus and information display system to which high information processing power is imparted while enhancing the operability of a display body. SOLUTION: In a media mode, processing of information displayed on a display panel 2 having memory property is carried out by a host display processing device 21 side by connecting a connection sections 10 and 28 with each other. In a stand-alone mode, processing of information displayed on the display panel 2 having memory property is carried out by an information display sheet 1 itself by disconnecting the connection sections 10 and 28 from each other.
