PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer which reduces a temperature elevation of an internal conductor by discharging heat that is generated in the internal conductor owing to internal conductor loss, via an external conductor. SOLUTION: A spacer which supports the internal conductor disposed inside a tubular external conductor, includes: a main body which has a hole for inserting the internal conductor therein on its central portion; and a plurality of projections which are continuous with the main body and protruded outside the main body, and of which distal ends are fixed on the external conductor. In a view vertical to the spacer, the distal ends of the projections are formed into circular arc so as to constitute a part of the circumference of the same circle with the center of the hole as a center point, and a portion connecting adjacent two projections in the main body is formed into circular arc.
