<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water storage type hot-water supply device capable of easily taking out a heat exchanger arranged in a hot-water storage tank to perform maintenance and replacement easily. <P>SOLUTION: This hot-water storage type hot-water supply device is provided with a heating means for heating hot water stored in the hot-water storage tank 1 provided with a water supply port 11 and a water discharge port 12, and the heat exchanger 5 for heating fluid by utilizing heat of hot water stored in the hot-water storage tank 1 is arranged in the hot-water storage tank 1.
