PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device for an electronic apparatus capable of determining the normality of a partner apparatus and communication lines, and when it is abnormal, determining its specific state from only an input/output state of a signal of an own apparatus. SOLUTION: The own controller 1a and the partner controller 1b connected via communication lines includes cable coming-off detection output lines for detecting and outputting abnormality of the communication lines 50a to 50g, cable coming-off detection input lines connected with the cable coming-off detection output lines of the partner controller 1b; error detection output lines for detecting and outputting the abnormality of the own controller 1a; error detection turnaround input lines for monitoring the output state by turning around the output of the error detection output lines inside the own controller 1a; and error detection input lines connected with the error detection output lines of the partner controller 1b.
