PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive material conveying device which is compact as far as possible and is advantageous in terms of a cost as well by realizing a configuration not always providing the downstream side of a guide member for guiding a photosensitive material to one end of the peripheral surface of an advance roller with a pressure roller. SOLUTION: The photosensitive material conveying device is constituted in such a manner that the extension line at the center in the thickness direction with respect to the photosensitive material P in the gap formed between the first guide member 51a and the second guide member 52a passes the central axis side of the advance roller 31 more than the peripheral surface of the advance roller 31 in the upstream side more than the position at which the photosensitive material P begins to contact with the advance roller 31. Further, the photosensitive material conveying device is equipped with the advance roller 31 which is rotationally driven by a drive source and the guide member which guides the photosensitive material to one end of the peripheral surface of the advance roller. The photosensitive material guided by the guide member is so constituted as to be conveyed in the state of being wound around the peripheral surface of the advance roller. The guide member has the first guide member 51 for supporting and guiding the first surface of the photosensitive material pressed to the peripheral surface and the second guide member 52 for supporting and guiding the second surface on the opposite side of the first surface.
