PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for analyzing a stress distribution in a cellular structure caused by its internal temperature distribution and external pressure, which can be realized by using a general-purpose computer software and a hardware, without carrying out simulation tests nor investing a large amount of money. SOLUTION: A structure analysis method for the cellular structure is provided with an analyzing process comprising a step of replacing the cellular structure or a portion of the cellular structure with an anisotropic solid-core body having an equivalent physical property in rigidity; a step of creating a finite element model of the anisotropic solid-core body on the basis of the physical property; a step of applying the internal temperature distribution and external pressure on the finite element model of the anisotropic solid-core body to obtain stress values; and a step of obtaining the stress distribution in the anisotropic solid-core body.
