PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition having good dispersibility of a conducting agent, applicable to a surface of a flexible substrate having low hardness such as a rubber without lowering the followability of an obtained film to the substrate and the durability of the film and exhibiting good stainproofness, slipperiness, non-sticking property, electrical conductivity, or the like, on the film surface. SOLUTION: This coating composition contains (A) a fluorinated olefin polymer and/or (B) an acrylic polymer containing a silicone chain, (C) an acrylic polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of≥500,000 and free from silicone, (D) an acrylic polymer having a number-average molecular weight of≤100,000 and free from silicone and (E) a conducting agent.
