A/D CONVERSION CIRCUIT, CURRENT MEASUREMENT CIRCUIT, CHARGING/DISCHARGING AMOUNT MEASUREMENT CIRCUIT, AND ERROR CORRECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute error correction corresponding to both of temperature changes and changes with the elapse of time. SOLUTION: A CPU 12 acquires a temperature measured by a temperature sensor 14 and an A/D converter 15 for temperature and detects the temperature changes. When the temperature changes are detected, a correction value to the measured temperature is acquired by searching a memory 13 and used for the succeeding error corrections. When there is no correction value corresponding to the measured temperature in the memory 13, a selector 11 is successively switched so that a selection output signal becomes a GND level signal 113 and a reference voltage signal 112. A (gain error) correction value is calculated from the data (an offset error) of the GND level signal 113 converted by the A/D converter 10 and the data of the reference voltage signal 112 and stored in the memory 13.
