PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep TEM wave transmission by matching the characteristic impedance of a transmission line when GHz band transmission is performed. SOLUTION: A twist pair line 71 connects a driver circuit and a receiver circuit which are arranged at least one of the following, i.e., the inner part of one semiconductor chip, the inner part of one board, two blocks constituting one system, and a relay circuit for relaying the two blocks which constitute one system. The twist pair line 71 includes: a pair of lines 73 for keeping TEM wave within a range where the characteristic impedance is between 100Ωto 135Ω; and a shield part 79 which covers the pair lines 73 and is formed of metal to seal evanescent wave to be radiated in the air from the pair lines 73.
