PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP laminate structure with an aptly crushable construction for shock absorption, in particular an FRP laminate structure which is best-suited as an automotive outer panel member capable of properly absorbing a shock to a pedestrian during a collision. SOLUTION: In the FRP laminate structure with a planar construction part comprising a plurality of layers including an FRP layer composed of a reinforcing fiber base material and a matrix resin, at least one high breaking extension layer which breaks at a higher degree of extension than the FRP layer, is added.
