<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise device which enables even a patient having a foot section deformation by arthrogryposis to enjoy an exercise of foot joints, particularly, a planta flexion/dorsiflexion exercise with pains relaxed. <P>SOLUTION: By this exercise device, the planta flexion motion and the dorsiflexion motion of the foot joints can be performed. The exercise device is equipped with a base section 2 to which a rotation shaft 7 is rotatably attached, a pair of arm sections 3 which can integrally turn in the planta flexion direction and the dorsiflexion direction with the rotation shaft 7, and a holding plate section 4 which is connected with a pair of the arm sections 3, and holds the foot section. The holding plate section 4 is equipped with an external frame plate 10 which is directly connected with a pair of the arm sections 3, a central shaft 11 which is rotatably attached to the external frame plate 10, and a turnable plate 12 which can integrally turn with the central shaft 11 in the internal turning direction and the external turning direction, and directly holds the foot section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
