<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost without deteriorating durability and reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In a roller clutch 5 provided with a plurality of rollers 10 provided between an outer circumference surface of an inner ring 6 and an inner circumference surface of an outer ring 9, a retainer 11 retaining the plurality of rollers 10, and a spring 13 pressing the plurality of rollers 10 in a direction to engage with the both circumference surface, and transmitting rotating force by engaging the plurality of rollers 10 and the both circumference surfaces only when the inner ring 6 and the outer ring 9 tend to relatively rotate in a predetermined direction, austenite steel is used as material of the spring 13, cold rolling of rolling rate 90% or more and less than 100% is applied to the austenite steel, and hardness thereof is Hv 400 or more and Hv 500 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
