PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for carrying out proper black generation or under color removal processing with color blur and monochromatic copying or the like taken into account. SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with: a parameter calculation section 61 for calculating a plurality of kinds of parameters from input image data composed of a plurality of color components; and a coordinate signal selection section 62 for selecting two coordinate signals among the calculated parameters calculated by the parameter calculation section 61 on the basis of a region identification signal for controlling contents of image processing applied to the input image data. Then a black generating section 70 and an under color removal section 71 determine a black generating amount and an under color removal amount on the basis of the two coordinate signals selected by the coordinate signal selection section 62 to carry out black generation and under color removal.
