PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a following vehicle from running into a self vehicle by notifying passengers of the following vehicle of the traveling state of the self vehicle. SOLUTION: When the self vehicle is almost stopped, or is traveling at an extremely low speed, the passengers of the following vehicle is notified of such a traveling state by the turning on of a lamp which is provided at the rear section of the vehicle. Therefore, the driver of the following vehicle can immediately confirm the necessity of a speed reduction if the traveling speed of his/her vehicle is high, so that the rear-end collision to the self vehicle by the following vehicle can effectively be prevented from occurring.
