PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint coating plate which permits the formation of a paint layer having thickness 8 to 10μm capable of obtaining strong painting by increasing a transfer quantity of paint to raw sheet and permits the manufacture of a coated body with paint at a low cost without bringing about environmental pollution, to provide a coating method for paint to the raw sheet which uses the paint coating plate and to provide the coated body with paint which is formed from the raw sheet coated with the paint according to the coating method for the paint. SOLUTION: (1) In the paint coating plate, a rugged coating surface having a surface structure which comprises dots of diameter 0.25 to 1.00 mm and sections of line width 0.2 to 0.4 mm or lines of line width 0.2 to 0.4 mm is formed on a substrate. (2) In the coating method for paint, a paint is applied to the paint coating plate of (1) and, subsequently, the paint is transferred to the raw sheet by pressing the paint coating plate coated with the paint against the raw sheet to be coated with the paint.
