PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device for restoring a lacerated or injured tissue. SOLUTION: A suture anchor system restores the lacerated or injured tissue, and includes a first suture anchor attached with at least one suture and a second suture anchor attached with at least one suture. The respective sutures are mutually connected so that a distance between the first suture anchor and the second suture anchor can be mutually selectively adjusted. The suture anchor system also desirably includes at least one pull-tie so that the first suture anchor and the second suture anchor can be mutually maintained in a fixing position.
