<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a grease to a grease-lubricated bearing without disassembling a vacuum pump. <P>SOLUTION: This vacuum pump comprises a rotor 6 having fixed members 11, 21, and 31 having a bearing support member in which a rotor shaft-penetrating hole 31a is formed and a gas transfer part 6b + 8 connected to one end part of a rotor shaft passed through the rotor shaft-penetrating hole 31a and disposed to surround the outside of the bearing support member 31, the bearing 36 rotatably supporting near the one end part of the rotor shaft 1 connected to the gas transfer part 6b + 8 and lubricated with grease, a grease supply passage G2 having a grease supply port G2b to which the grease is supplied and a grease discharge port G2a for supplying the grease to the bearing 36, and a grease supply device GP supplying the grease to the grease supply port G2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
