SYSTEM FOR DISASSEMBLING ELECTRICAL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the environment and a worker from being contaminated with PCB as well as to disassemble an electrical apparatus efficiently when the electrical apparatus is disassembled in whose vessel a core is housed and whose vessel is filled with PCB-containing insulating oil.

SOLUTION: This system for disassembling the electrical apparatus is provided with a closed-system oil-removing/cleaning room 2 and a closed-system disassembling room 3. An oil removing section 12 and a cleaning section 13 are arranged in the oil-removing/cleaning room 2. A core separating section 24 for separating the core from a vessel and a vessel disassembling section 32 are arranged in the disassembling room 3 at the least. A first conveying means 16 for conveying the electrical apparatus from the oil removing section 12 and the cleaning section 13 to the core separating section 24, a second conveying means 25 for conveying the core from the core separating section 24 to an outside cleaning room 4 and a third conveying means 30 for conveying the vessel or objects obtained by disassembling the vessel from the core separating section 24 to the outside cleaning room 4 through the vessel disassembling section 32 are arranged in this system. The work in each of these sections and the operation of each of these conveying means can be performed from the outside of each of these rooms.
