PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed-wiring board having various kinds of improved performance. SOLUTION: In the flexible printed-wiring board with a base film layer, a conductive layer, an adhesive layer, and a cover film layer as essential components, a polyesterpolyurethane resin that is crosslinked to an adhesive layer by an epoxy resin is contained. The base film layer is preferably a polyamide resin. The cover film layer is preferably a polyimide resin. The flexible printed-wiring board for achieving high quality is provided even if a fine-pattern circuit is formed, by specifying the adhesive and adopting a specified layer configuration.
