PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a one-pack ordinary temperature-curable aqueous resin composition which is excellent in stain resistance, weather resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, recoatability and preservation stability, causes no lifting when laminatingly recoating, and contains no organic solvent. SOLUTION: The ordinary temperature-curable aqueous resin composition comprises an aqueous solution or an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl resin (A) bearing a functional group represented by formula (I) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 2-17C alkylene; and (n) is an integer of 2-10) and other specific functional groups, and a metal drier (B).
