<p>A black zinc-plated steel sheet is characterized in that the surface of a zinc-plated steel sheet having been subjected to a blackening treatment is provided with a composite coating formed by applying a treatment liquid to which phosphate ions, vanadate ions, metal ions, alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid and a glycoluril resin are added, and in that the surface of the composite coating is provided with an organic resin layer. The black zinc- plated steel sheet are excellent in heat absorption/dissipation properties, conductivity, and corrosion resistance at worked portions, and contains no hexavalent chromium.</p> |
