The preparation, based on a liquid olive leaf extract, uses added fruits and/or vegetables. The extract is obtained from chopped fresh olive leaves in an extraction appliance, with water at a temperature of 30-70[deg]C or with a watery alcohol solution. The added fruits and/or vegetables are as a puree or juice.
