The care unit has a contacting unit including swabs with medical-cosmetics, a functional unit including a pressure plate (8), intermediate plates (10) and a physiotherapeutic apparatus. Each intermediate plate is connected to the pressure plate via a Velcro. A press-on component (3) has an air cushion, and a limiter, which presses the air cushion such that the air cushion presses the cosmetics on the back of a human.
