摘要 <p>The measurement unit, for capillary electrophoresis (CE), has an array of intersecting capillaries with a separation capillary with a buffer/carrier electrolyte and an injection capillary for the injection and separation of an analyte. Electrical conductivity detection uses a high frequency at the separation capillary outlet to identify dissolved components in the analyte. The apparatus is within a box with electrically conductive walls with an adjustable voltage level and polarity at the high tension source. The other zone has the high frequency transmitter and receiver for non-contact conductivity detection. The capillary array is at a micro-fluid chip, held in a release mounting at a holder for access and exchange.</p>
