An image processor which can easily adjust a color process. An image processor (10) is provided with a process degree setting part (18), a profile generating part (15) and a color process executing part (16). The process degree setting part (18) sets a color process degree target of at least two attributes among a plurality of attributes possessed by an image signal (d2), as one target process degree (d8). The profile generating part (15) generates a color conversion profile for performing color process of the target process degree (d8), based on the target process degree (d8) set by the process degree setting part (18) and a plurality of basic color conversion profiles for performing color process of different degrees. The color process executing part (16) uses the color conversion profile generated by the profile generating part (15), and performs color process to the image signal (d2).
