The objective of the invention is to provide PC grout admixtures, wherein the entrainment of air during mixture of the PC grout is prevented, the amount of void in the cured PC grout and in the duct after filling operation is reduced, the durability of the PC structure is maintained for a long period, and the PC grout with a small quantity change, good separation resistance and superior fluidity maintenance can be realized using a cement binder with good on-site availability. The solution is the provision of PC grout admixtures used with PC grouts of cement binders, comprising a defoaming agent.
